• About Us

Just a lady trying to help other ladies feel confident.

    April Courville

    The Photographer

Hey girl! I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor's in Fine Arts in photography. I’ve been taking photos since I was twelve and cut my teeth in the darkroom and shot film before it was cool.

I’ve done weddings, portraits, events, babies, headshots...I was even a manager for a JC Penny’s portrait studio! I’ve specialized in boudoir photography since 2011.

My work has been featured in local publications such as the Times of Acadiana, The Current and Developing Lafayette. Scroll down to see where we've been featured in the news!

In my spare time, I write for a few publications in town and I love hanging out on my back porch (glass of wine in hand) with my cat Spice and my boyfriend Jake.

Hang out with me in the private Facebook group, A. Dannette VIBs.
